Salary: £120 – £200 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to make a positive impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school community.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for a lively and eager Year 1 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning while maintaining a nurturing classroom environment.
Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each child reaches their full potential

Maintain accurate pupil records and contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential for ECTs)

Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
A passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development
