We are currently working with a welcoming school in Cardiff that is seeking a Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to support pupils within their ALN base, helping children with additional learning needs thrive in a supportive and structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils within the school’s ALN base
• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assisting pupils with their learning through the Welsh language
• Supporting pupils with communication, engagement, and emotional regulation
• Working closely with the class teacher and ALN staff to deliver tailored support
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Interest in supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Experience working with children or ALN (desirable but not essential)
