Location: Caerphilly & surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive – based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract: Full-time, part-time & flexible supply options available

Are you a fluent Welsh-speaking primary teacher looking for flexible and rewarding work? Whether you’re an experienced educator or an NQT, we have exciting opportunities in Welsh-medium primary schools across Caerphilly.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers who are passionate about supporting pupils’ development in the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2.


Roles Available:

✔️ Welsh-Medium Class Teachers – Deliver creative and engaging lessons across FP and KS2
✔️ PPA Cover Teachers – Support across year groups with high-quality teaching
✔️ SEN Support Teachers – Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with additional learning needs


What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written)
QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching in Foundation Phase and/or Key Stage 2
A nurturing and adaptable approach to classroom teaching
EWC registration (we can support with this)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
