About the Teaching Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities

Providing 1:1 support for students needing additional assistance

Supporting teachers with lessons, classroom organisation, and resources

Working flexibly across different classes as needed

Supporting students with a range of needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Experience with SEN is a bonus but not required. Several partner schools have SEN bases, and you may be asked to support within these areas. Full guidance can be provided.
