Unqualified Teacher/ Cover Supervisor

The successful Cover Supervisor will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience prior to completing a future teacher training programme, and will be fully supported throughout this position.

• Full-time Cover Supervisor required, immediate start.
• Mixed comprehensive secondary school located within the Salisbury area.
• Temporary position, with the opportunity to secure a fixed term post in the new academic year depending upon funding and success.
• Earn up to £350 per week, depending upon previous experience.
• Opportunity to gain further development through CPD training through the school and Teaching Personnel.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be required on a part or full-time basis from 8.30am until the end of the school day each day. Responsibilities include covering lessons when permanent staff are absent through sickness, ensuring behaviour policies are followed and students are completing the cover work that has been left for them. There will be expectations that the successful Cover Supervisor will cover lessons across the subject and ability range so flexibility and confidence is essential.

Cover Supervisors will receive full support and have the opportunity to partake in regular CPD training sessions, delivered through the school and partner CPD providers.
