UNQUALIFIED LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT ROLE
Do you have a passion to work in a school setting with children who have special educational needs?
Here at Teaching Personnel we are looking for aspiring educators to support Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in Basildon, in an incredibly rewarding role.
The role involves working with individuals from early years to young adulthood who may have severe learning difficulties.
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, JUST A PASSION TO WORK WITH CHILDREN
The role will include:
- Working Monday to Friday 8:00am-3:30pm – no weekends!
- Work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of
- teaching staff.
- Support the daily classroom activities with children who experience areas of challenges.
- Promote a safe and inviting learning environment
- Term time only, full-time option available!
Who we are looking for:
- Passionate to work with children and support their daily routine- NEEDED
- Experience working with SEN children but is not compulsory.
- Hold an applicable DBS on the update service (if not already applied)
- Applicants must be enthusiastic, positive and able to work on their own initiative, as well as follow direction from other members of the staff team- NEEDED

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
