  • Taking initiative and adapting to different classrooms and routines

  • Logging attendance and brief feedback for teaching staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident, professional attitude and strong classroom presence

  • Great communication skills and the ability to relate to young people

  • A calm, resilient approach to managing behaviour

  • Good time management and organisational abilities

  • Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, clubs, youth work, sports) is beneficial but not essential

  • A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working – choose the days that suit you

  • Full training and ongoing support provided

  • Opportunities to gain experience and explore a future career in teaching

  • Clear guidance and behaviour policies to support your role
