Job description

Inspire Success Through Individual Tuition

TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Kent.

Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs by delivering personalised tuition that builds confidence, engagement and academic progress.

Location: Kent
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues or learners' homes

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised one-to-one tuition
  • Adapt lessons to individual learning needs
  • Build confidence and encourage independent learning
  • Monitor and record learner progress
  • Build positive relationships with families, schools and professionals

Essential Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people in both mainstream and SEN/SEND education settings
  • Experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, education or youth work
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices
  • Ability to travel throughout Kent
  • Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
