SEN Tutor – Ashford

Help Young People Reconnect with Learning

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? TP Tutors is looking for enthusiastic SEN Tutors to provide specialist one-to-one tuition across Ashford and nearby areas.

This role offers the opportunity to work with learners who may have autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, or other educational challenges. By delivering personalised support, you will help students overcome barriers, gain confidence, and make meaningful academic progress.

Location: Ashford and surrounding areas
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Hours: Flexible opportunities available

Key Duties

• Plan and deliver tailored tuition sessions
• Support students with their academic and personal development
• Encourage engagement and motivation in learning
• Adapt resources and teaching strategies to individual needs
• Track progress and provide updates
• Maintain professional standards and safeguarding practices

What You'll Need

• Experience supporting children or young people
• Knowledge of SEN/SEND and inclusive education
• Tutoring, teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to travel within Ashford and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
