Job description

Experienced Tutors Needed to Support Pupils with Complex Needs on a 1:1 Basis

Are you a highly experienced tutor passionate about making a positive difference for pupils who are unable to access school? We’re seeking dedicated professionals skilled in supporting learners with complex needs through personalized, one-to-one tuition.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience working with pupils with complex needs

  • Patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt lesson plans to meet individual requirements

  • Strong knowledge of core subjects to provide effective academic support

  • Availability to commit between 2 to 15 hours per week, based on referral demands

  • Willingness to liaise regularly with other professionals involved in the pupil’s education and progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
