Are you an experienced tutor with excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for helping children thrive?
We’re seeking exceptional Primary and Secondary tutors who not only understand the core curriculum, but also recognise the importance of pastoral care and emotional support in the learning journey.
Many of the pupils you will work with are currently not in school and may come from disadvantaged backgrounds, be Looked After Children (LAC), or have additional needs. We’re looking for tutors who:

Have a minimum of 2 years' tuition experience
-
Possess strong, confident knowledge of core subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.)
-
Are comfortable teaching either Primary or Secondary level (or both)
-
Can write detailed, reflective reports after each session
-
Are patient, reliable, and committed to building trust and rapport
-
Have experience (or a strong understanding) of working with vulnerable learners, SEN, or LAC pupils
In this role, you will:
-
Deliver tailored 1:1 or small group sessions to bridge gaps in learning
-
Support not just academic progress, but emotional resilience and self-esteem
-
Adapt your approach to suit each child’s unique background and needs
-
Be a consistent, positive presence in a child’s educational journey
If you’re a nurturing, knowledgeable, and reflective tutor who is ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
