Who are TP Tutors?
Every child deserves the right support to succeed in Maths, regardless of the challenges they face. TP Tutors work with local authorities and schools to deliver bespoke Maths tuition that helps learners build confidence, close knowledge gaps, and make progress.
We provide specialist educators to support students short or long term, including Maths Tutors, Learning Support Workers, Mentors, and SEND Specialists. TP Tutors (Teaching Personnel) are leaders in 1:1 education supply, with Maths tuition in particularly high demand across SEN and alternative provision.
Maths Tutor Opportunities
Due to increased demand, we are recruiting Maths Tutors to deliver targeted tuition at secondary and post-16 level. Tutors will work 1:1 or in small groups, identifying gaps in numeracy and delivering tailored Maths interventions.
What you’ll need:

Experience working with secondary-aged Maths students
-
Experience tutoring Maths on a 1:1 or small-group basis

Strong Maths subject knowledge (KS3, GCSE, or post-16)

Ability to assess gaps and plan personalised Maths lessons

Confidence managing challenging behaviour when required

A calm, patient, and professional approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
