Teaching Personnel are hoping to appoint a hard working Teaching Assistant with their Team Teach qualification. The School is based in Blackburn and they are looking for a full time Teaching Assistant with experience and a passion for working with pupils who are challenging in their behaviours. The pupils in this School often have additional needs including; ADHD, Autism, ODD .
The School is smaller than average and caters specifically for pupils with SEMH Difficulties and Challenging behaviours. The School itself is based on the outskirts of Blackburn and pupils in this School are often working at a slightly lower level then their age group.
The candidate must be; hard working, have experience working with pupils who are difficult in their behaviours, have experience supporting pupils with SEN an be available full time. The candidate must be enthusiastic, empathetic and looking for a long term role in the Lancashire area.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
- Negotiable pay rates £57 - 67 per day
- Long term position available
- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH Difficulties
