Recruiting teaching assistants located within the Bury area to be apart of Pupil Referral Unit for secondary aged young people, which focuses on the successful return of their pupils to mainstream education. The children are in KS3 and 4.
This is a temporary role, with great potential to become permanent.
The school is looking for a confident and resilient individual that is able to engage with reluctant learners on a one-to-one basis and in the classroom. Ideally the successful teaching assistant will be team-teaching trained.
The Individual will be helping learners who are under performing in their subjects and assist in implementing strategies to benefit learner in self-esteem and confidence. You must be a strong role model, motivated and dedicated to providing outstanding teaching support.
The school is looking a passionate person to create change and bring enthusiasm to assist pupils in day to day learning and routines. You will have a desire for working with young people and be looking to make a real difference.
