Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work in and around Salisbury.
If you are looking for a flexible work / life balance, in a job where you choose the days you can work, we could support you in finding work that fits around other commitments. This could mean working as little or often as you like!
Teaching Personnel are in search of Teaching Assistants who have both full and part time availability with a view to cover a variety of assignments including temporary and permanent, long term and short term.
An individual who has prior experience working within the classroom environment is desirable but not essential.
The right Teaching Assistant would:
- Have experience supporting children or adults with special needs or mental health difficulties
- Have an understanding of Autism
- Have a proven track record of building relations with vulnerable people
- Have good overall availability for either long or short term assignments
- Have access to own mode of transport or good public transport links
What Teaching Personnel can offer?
- A flexible role where you pick and chose the days you work to best suit you
- A minimum of £54 a day (£9 an hour)
- Refer a friend scheme with a £50 bonus for each staff member referred to Teaching Personnel after that individual works
