Teaching Assistants required for Primary schools in Hayes

Teaching Personnel are seeking experienced SEN Specialists to work within an "OUTSTANDING" rated Primary School in Hayes. This particular school is in need of individuals who are able to create and maintain comfortable learning atmosphere for SEN students through one on one learning. The school are looking for skilled candidates to start after February half term on a temp to perm basis.

Ideal Candidates:

• Have experience working with a range of SEN and EAL pupils, including downs syndrome, autism and children who are non verbal
• To provide support consistently and efficiently
• Use initiative, the ability to adapt quickly and to be inventive when dealing with different needs
• Supporting teachers with the maintenance of student records; providing relevant feedback to students and parent
• Reliable, organised and active

As a potential candidate with experience with Autism, ADHD, EBD, PMLD, etc. is favourable however, overall experience with working with SEN children will be taken into account. Additional training for SEN is great but not crucial as are able to offer course such as, NASEN, Autism Awareness Training and Read, Write Inc. Phonics Training.
