An Ofsted graded 'Good' mainstream, Primary school in the Oxford area are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The school has retained it's status as an Ofsted 'Good' graded school- one notable comment from their 2017 report being that 'Pupils make good progress and achieve results above their peers nationally.'
The head believes that a a good school should foster a 3-way partnership between staff, pupils and parents- as well as maintaining an excellent reputation within the local community. - Ability to support the classroom teacher
