Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of Primary Schools across Sussex recruiting Teaching Assistants for a variety of short and long term roles.

We are looking for skilled, motivated and flexible Primary School Teaching Assistants to cover within different Primary schools and classes across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The successful applicants will have the ability to support lessons across all age groups and will be confident supporting all children in their learning; enabling them to achieve their very best. A thorough knowledge of the curriculum and professionalism and punctuality are essential qualities when working within different schools, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new working environments.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are:

• Enthusiastic and imaginative
• Patient and empathetic with good behaviour management techniques
• Dedicated, well organised and professional at all times
• Recent graduates, or experienced in working with children
