Teaching Assistants and Future Teachers

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be placed at our partner secondary school in Bournemouth for 12 months, starting September 2019, gaining invaluable classroom experience whilst getting paid! You will join your subject specialist department and engage in a variety of teaching assistant tasks including; working closely with pupils in small groups and on 1:1 to build confidence and attainment in your subject, assisting the class teacher with lesson planning/preparation and you will even have the opportunity to plan and deliver your own lessons!

After the year with the school you will then go on to complete your training year with them whilst getting paid! Ideal for Graduates looking to get into Teaching, the Future Teachers Programme is perfect for those who are interested in teaching but dont have the classroom experience yet!

Key information:

  • Flexible hours contract
  • £300 - £350 Per Week (Based on a 5 day working week)
  • Typical working hours of 8:30-15:30
  • Secondary School Teaching/Teaching Assistant
