Job Overview:
- Location: Lancing
- Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday)
- Salary: £83.85 - £90 per day, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Tailored support: Assist in implementing individual education plans for students with SEMH needs.
- Direct support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students overcome academic and emotional challenges.
