Job Overview:

• Location: Lancing 
• Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday)
• Salary: £83.85 - £90 per day, depending on experience
• Focus: Supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailored support: Assist in implementing individual education plans for students with SEMH needs.
• Direct support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students overcome academic and emotional challenges.
• Collaboration: Work with teachers to adjust classroom activities to meet diverse learning needs.
• Encouragement & Engagement: Support students during lessons, helping them stay focused and motivated.
