- Provide focused support for students with additional social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Assist in delivering nurturing programs and interventions to help students develop social skills, self-regulation, and confidence.
- Work closely with teachers to create a safe and encouraging classroom environment tailored to individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, acting as a trusted mentor and advocate for their well-being.
- Monitor and record student progress, communicating insights and feedback to teachers and parents.
- Contribute to creating a warm, supportive, and inclusive school culture where every child feels valued and understood.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in nurture or special educational needs settings, is advantageous.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's emotional and social development.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to varied student needs.
- Qualifications or training related to child development, behavior management, or mental health support are highly beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
