About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering fun, engaging, and stimulating activities
Helping to prepare classrooms and resources for exciting lessons
⚽ Supervising and supporting children during break and lunchtime to ensure happy, safe playtimes
Encouraging learning through play by observing, interacting, and joining in with activities
Creating a warm, positive environment where every child feels supported and valued
What We’re Looking For
✔️ A flexible and adaptable approach – perfect for day-to-day or long-term roles
✔️ A genuine passion for inspiring and motivating young learners
✔️ Previous experience in a primary school or a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
✔️ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality
Teaching Personnel is fully committed to safeguarding children and young people. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including an Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one) registered on the Update Service. Salary & Hours
£90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
⏰ 8:30am – 3:30pm (you’ll be paid for any additional hours worked)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
