Year 1 Specialist Teaching Assistant - Worthing

This beautiful 3 form entry Primary School based in Angmering are looking for an experienced teaching assistant, to work alongside two Year 1 pupils who have moderate learning difficulties. To be considered for this role you will need to have the below experience:

• Working with primary aged children with moderate learning difficulties especially autism and SEMH
• Be able to commit to a full time position due to both children have attachment issues.
• Have an empathetic and understanding nature towards the children's needs
• Be able to think on your feet
• You don't need to have  Level 2 or Level 3 qualification but this is desired by the school

This role is to start immediately after February Half Term and it will end in July 2020. It does have the potential to become permanent for the right person if the school feel like you are a good fit for their school and build excellent relationships with the pupils.
