Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and driven Teaching Assistant to join our client school as soon as possible. The successful Teaching Assistant will be required at our client school for the rest of the academic year.

As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils across a range of year groups and will undertake a number of duties to support Teachers throughout the academic year.

Duties will include:

• Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons and resources as well as managing behaviour and promoting positive behaviour throughout school.
• The successful applicant will also deliver tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• They will make sure that pupils are supported and are engaging in lesson activities and will guide and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teachers on pupil progress.
