The role;
We are working with a school that use a slightly different approach to education. The school day is designed to give students more freedom to develop. In the mornings students participate in worked based learning for two hours, with a big focus on Literacy and Numeracy. After the learning session has been completed students have the freedom to go outside of school and continue their development to be more independent. All support staff take their 1:1 students outside of the school, which can include playing sports, games or going to parks.
Do be considered for this role we require;
- Level 3 qualification or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience working in the Care sector
- Experience as a sports Coach
- Experience as a youth worker
