Teaching Assistant - Scarborough
Due to an increase in demand, Teaching Personnel is urgently seeking talented Primary or Secondary Specialist Teaching Assistants, Nursery Nurses and Leaning Support Assistants to provide academic, social and emotional development catch up support for pupils across all Key Stages in Scarborough.
The ideal candidate...
...will be available 5 days per week, have access to your own transport and be happy to travel up to 30 minutes.
You will hold a UK recognised Teaching Assistant qualification, Health and Social Care Diploma or similar, and ideally have experience across with supporting young people with special educational needs and demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
The role...
Most days will be different. The majority of the work will prebooked, but you may be required to be on standby for some morning bookings between 7am and 9am. Roles can include, but are not limited to General Classroom Support, 121 SEN Support and Group Intervention or Tuition.

Our Primary, Secondary and SEN teams work hard to recruit specialist teachers and support staff providing emergency and pre-planned daily cover as well as long term and permanent positions. Pay is weekly and will be paid directly in to your bank account - no umbrella companies!!
