Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant which will be assisting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in the Swansea area. This will therefore require an individual which is willing to go up and beyond the scope of the job itself and provide the children with a ‘hands-on’ approach and tailor their learning to them.

Due to the role requiring such complexities, then previous experience is preferred, however not essential. We are looking for someone which is enthusiastic about making a difference and actively seeking a new opportunity and challenge. The role will require thinking outside of the box and showcasing a creative flare to engage the children and develop their understanding during your time with them.

A passionate and driven individual which is willing to adopt the high-quality ethos which is already in place at the school and project positivity.  A calm but animated individual will be required to support children in overcoming their barriers with learning and help them overcome challenges both personally and educationally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
