Early Years Teaching Assistant– Peterlee
Full time position available from September 2020 and will run for two terms with the potential to extend to a permanent role.
Are you experienced in EYFS? Have you previously worked with children in a School setting?
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join an imaginative and energetic classroom based in a Primary School located in the Peterlee area. Recently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted, the School are seeking an individual that will work closely with pupils to enhance their Personal, Social and Emotional development. The role involves assisting the Teacher within a class of 28 enthusiastic students who are making great progress due to the motivational method of teaching.
The role requires:
- Valid DBS (A Child Workforce that is accessible through the Update Service)
- Eligible to work in the UK (right to work in the UK documentation)
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or higher (CACHE/Diploma)
- Initiative and an enthusiastic nature are essential as the school pride themselves in their innovative and supportive team of Teaching staff
