Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Primary Schools in Rushden, who are looking to recruit a teaching assistant to work in KS1 and KS2 classes. You will have a keen interest in helping young people in and out of the classroom. You will be assisting the class teacher by helping students learn as effectively as possible, both independently and in different group situations with other students.

Now more than ever TA'S are needed to support children returning to school after lockdown.

The ideal teaching assistant would:

Have a relevant qualification or have a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational based setting

Have a passion for engaging students and watching them develop into lifelong learners, always going the extra mile to create a fun and positive learning environment

Have a Child Workforce Only DBS on the update service as well as two relevant referees to provide you with a graded reference from the last 6 years spanning over a minimum of 11 months.
