Teaching Assistant
Are you a Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity? Do you enjoy working with children and helping them reach the best of their ability?
Teaching Personnel are working with a partner Secondary school in the Newbury area who are seeking a dedicated, energetic and organised Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. The role involves working 1:1 with several children of ages 11-16.
Desirable Qualities:
- Previous experience working with children either as a Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Coach, or Volunteer
- An engaging, bubbly, caring and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of safeguarding, a DBS and registration with the EWC. However, these can be obtained through Teaching Personnel when you register with us
- Confidence and resilience when working with challenging behaviour
