Teaching Assistant

A school in South Manchester is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the support staff team.

The role will involve:

• Working with children with SEN.
• Managing individual students needs.
• Providing engaging material and resources for students.
• Managing student behaviour.

• Being an active listener.

There may be the opportunity and expectation to cover lessons for absent staff, in turn allowing applicants to lead the classroom. This will be of huge benefit to those who are planning on enrolling onto a PGCE Course in 2021.

The applicant will be able to quickly form strong working relationships with other staff and students.

The applicant will have excellent organisational skills, and will be able to display good levels of timekeeping.
