Location: Worthing
Job type: Full time and Part time roles available
Pay: £83-£90 per day
At Teaching Personnel, we work alongside multiple Primary Schools in the Worthing area of West Sussex. We work closely with Primary schools to ensure that they are provided with enthusiastic and driven Teaching Assistants to provide a high level of assistance to pupils who require additional support.If you are passionate about making a difference to the learning of young people, if you are experienced in Learning Support, experienced with SEN, or have a background in the care sector, we would love to hear from you!
Role summary
- Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30
 - Working alongside pupils in the classroom and working 1:1 when required
 - Encouraging great learning outcomes
 - Breaking down tasks and implementing ways to enhance children's learning
 
Role requirements
- Experience working with young people
 - Experience working with individuals with additional needs (SEN/SEMH)
 - Confident in managing behaviour
 - DBS on the update service (or willing to complete a new one)
 - Be a resilient individual
 - Can effectively collaborate as part of a team
 - Minimum 5 GCSE's A-C

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
