Learning Support Assistant

I am working with a school that are in need of a teaching assistant to work with secondary aged learners. The school is situated in Woking and is committed to ensuring children of all ability and backgrounds achieve their full potential.

The role would be to start as soon as possible and working five days a week, 8:30-3:30am term time only. The school would also be flexible for potentially later starts or earlier finishes dependent on individual situations.

The school want a learning support assistant that is flexible with their approach and in return they promise to work with the successful applicant to support them in their development. This could be providing the opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis to increase their skill set, providing training in house or external and regular meetings to develop more strategies to be used within the classroom.
