A new SEN school in Wiltshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism, SEMH, and additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, well-resourced setting.

Key Duties:

• Support learning and emotional development
• Implement behaviour support strategies
• Collaborate with staff and external professionals
• Adapt to the needs of each individual learner

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with SEN, in or out of an educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Resilience and a calm, caring nature

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
