You will work with supportive staff and teachers, within this Oftsed ‘Good’ in Wigan, Greater Manchester.
- Full time Student Support Assistant position starting ASAP
- Opportunity to work within an Ofsted graded Good secondary school in Wigan
- Full-time, permanent position
- Daily rate £77-£90 per day
The Headteacher of this high achieving secondary school seek to appoint a candidate to work within their support department. You will join a dedicated team of support staff and receive a full induction to ensure you have the correct knowledge of both the school and the role.
The selected candidate will hold a range of responsibilities including:
- Providing support for students - effectively implementing rewards and behaviour programmes
- Working 1-2-1 and in small groups
- Supporting with SEN needs
- Working alongside teachers to create plans to improve attainment of pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
