Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming primary school in Weymouth to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join their SEN Hub, supporting pupils with additional needs in a nurturing and structured environment.

• Supporting pupils within a dedicated SEN Hub
• Working alongside a really lovely, supportive and experienced team
• Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
• Helping to create a calm, inclusive and positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience supporting SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)
• Patient, caring and proactive approach
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
• DBS on the Update Service preferred, but we can support you with applying for one
