We’re working closely with a friendly and supportive primary school in Weymouth that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
The role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths and experience
- Work one-to-one or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Provide emotional and behavioural support where required

What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
- A positive, proactive and flexible approach
- A passion for helping children thrive and achieve
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or similar)
