The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils and helping to create a positive learning environment by:
✅ Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
✅ Encouraging confidence, engagement and participation
✅ Supporting children with additional learning needs
✅ Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment ❤️
✅ Monitoring progress and celebrating pupil achievements ⭐
What We're Looking For
✔️ Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
✔️ A positive, patient and proactive attitude
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✔️ Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
