Location: Carmarthen & Swansea
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract Type: Flexible Supply / Long-Term Opportunities Available

You'll play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing while working alongside experienced teaching staff in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Encouraging pupil engagement and positive behaviour
- Helping students with additional learning needs where required
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
✅ Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
✅ Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to register
✅ Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
✅ Be reliable, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact in education
✅ Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
