Job description
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stretford is looking for a full-time Reception Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from March. The school prides itself on creating a nurturing environment where every child can succeed.
In this role, you will support the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities, help children with their learning both individually and in small groups, and contribute to creating a safe and stimulating classroom. You’ll also assist with observations and assessments while working closely with staff, parents, and carers to support positive outcomes for pupils.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children—preferably in an Early Years setting—along with a patient, caring approach and strong communication skills. A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
