About the School:
The school is based in South Shields, and they are looking for a temporary experienced Teaching Assistant with the view for it to go permanent for the right individual. This position will be starting in September
Role Responsibilities:
- KS2 Teaching Assistant
- Preparing the classroom environment and organising resources
- Supporting pupils with their academic skills and encouraging independence
- Encouraging positive behaviour within the classroom
- Providing social and emotional support where needed
- Helping with outings and sports events
You Will Need:
- Child Only Enhanced DBS (We can help you obtain this)
- Experience working with children in a professional or personal capacity
- Good communication Skills
- Strong Maths and English ability
