Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with a SEN Teaching Assistant who is seeking a full time TA's You would work with the pupil during lesson times and in 1-1 and group sessions. You will support the Year 1 class teacher and be responsible for prepping pupils work, ensuring the pupil is interacting with the lessons, provide feedback and assessments and support the pupil's wellbeing. The pupil is mostly well behaved but experience working or supporting people previosuly with similar needs would be desireable 

The Role:

  • Full time, Monday - Friday
  • Hours approximately 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • KS1 Teaching Assistant
  • Autism Support

The role would be supporting the pupil on a 1-1 ba

  • £14.25

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support within the classroom wherever required
  • Delivering activities on one-to-one or small group basis
  • Ensuring children are engaged
  • Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
  • Helping with behaviour management of children
  • Creating displays of children’s work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
