Teaching Assistant – Mainstream Primary Schools – Poole
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work within welcoming and supportive primary schools? We are working with a range of fantastic mainstream primary schools across Poole who are seeking committed TAs for full-time and part-time opportunities.
Whether you are looking for day-to-day supply, short-term roles, or long-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
The Role:
-
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
-
Working 1:1 or with small intervention groups
-
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
-
Providing additional support to pupils with SEND where required
-
Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For:
-
Previous experience working in a primary school setting
-
A proactive, adaptable and nurturing approach
-
Strong communication skills
-
A good understanding of the primary curriculum
-
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
