Salary: £92.95 per day

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You may work with small groups or provide additional support to individual pupils, helping them to stay focused and reach their full potential.
Every day will be varied, offering you the chance to build your skills and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis where required
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Assist with lesson preparation and organisation
- Encourage pupil engagement and participation
- Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable
- Passionate about working with children
- A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
Requirements
- Child Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (support can be provided)
- Two professional references covering the last 24 months

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
