Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to support primary schools in the NP10 area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and confident supporting learning across the primary age range.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils during lessons, group activities and independent work.
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance.
- Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and adapting tasks for individual needs.
- Help maintain a positive, calm and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage pupil engagement, progress and confidence.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with children, is reliable, and can build strong, positive relationships in the classroom.

Ideal Candidate:
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to follow direction but also use initiative where needed.
- Passionate about supporting children’s academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (school, coaching, youth work or personal experience) is beneficial but not essential.
- A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
