Key Stage one Teaching Assistant role in Liskeard starting immediately.
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a school in Liskeard and are in need of a TA to work in an KS1 class ASAP on a full time basis.
POSITION: Teaching Assistant – KS1
PERSON: Ideal for anyone with previous experience working with children in any capacity.
LOCATION: LISKEARD
TRANSPORT: A full Drivers Licence is necessary
START DATE: Immediately

The ideal candidate will have a passion to be working within education and bring a good energy to each day. You should always promote positive learning and ensure an enthusiastic approach is always given. You will ideally have similar experience to this role, however other experience will be considered upon application.
This could previous work experience working as a:
- Nursery Nurse
- Support/care worker
- Sports coach
- Camp worker
A creative initiative is desired as this can provide alternate ways to learning and may be used within the class.
ROLE: -
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be working within the classroom supporting the students across the board of subjects. You will be working under the direction of the teacher and may work with small groups of children or 1:1 with those who need additional support. This is a fantastic opportunity and could see you gain invaluable experience with the potential for a long term contract for the right candidate. Other responsibilities may include break time duties or after school clubs.
