Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Dorchester. We have opportunities for day-to-day supply as well as long-term placements, giving you the flexibility to choose what works for you.

Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Helping pupils engage in learning and develop confidence
• Supporting children with additional needs when required
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, or youth settings)
• Are patient, adaptable, and confident working with a range of abilities
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Are committed to supporting the learning and well-being of every child
