Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a high-achieving secondary school in Bury, starting in October 2024.

The school is looking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide support for students with challenging behaviors or those needing extra help in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with students to implement individualized learning plans.
• Support classroom management, helping students stay focused and on task.
• Lead small group interventions for underachieving students.
• Track and assess student progress against set targets.

Position Highlights:

• Start Date: October 2024
• Salary: £1,600 - £1,800 per month, based on experience and qualifications
