Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of an SEN department within a mainstream school in Sturminster. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and thriving educational environment.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students in their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in both classroom and individual settings.
- Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting the academic and personal development of young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to upholding the schools values and ethos.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
