Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in supportive and inclusive school in the North of Birmingham. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children with special educational needs thrive in a positive learning environment.

About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support with their learning, communication, and emotional development. You will help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment that allows every child to reach their potential.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Providing 1:1 or small group support

Supporting pupils with learning activities and classroom routines
-
Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
-
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning space
Who We’re Looking For

What We Offer

Weekly Pay: £85/95 per day

Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
